On conclusion of the Case Review, you’ll receive a completed Health History Timeline, Functional Nutrition Matrix and Action Form. These documents will provide you with the necessary information to understand your health concerns and guide you in your next steps towards improving your health.

For some individuals, these two sessions are the end of their work with us. However, for others with more complex and intricate health histories, we recommend a series of nutrition counseling sessions. These regular visits allow us to delve deeper into the underlying causes of their symptoms, which may have developed over a lifetime and require dedicated effort to uncover.
